************************
Rev Timothy Anthony Bryan was a great man who embodied zeal and commitment to his calling as a
minister in the New Testament Church of God. We grieve for a great husband, best friend and soul
mate to his beloved wife of 15 years Angela who never restricted Tim's calling as he dutifully
lived his charge as an anointed servant of God using his gifts and abilities to uplift, challenge
and inspire us to be the best we could be. We continue to pray for her strength in this difficult
time.
Tim worked for Christian Aid as a design and production manager. He previously managed a small
design studio responsible for producing a wide range of health promotion materials and campaigns
across the boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.
He dabbled in photography as he liked to put it and would spend numerous hours at police stations as
an appropriate adult for youth in problems with the law.
Fluent in gadgetry. Didn’t do tea runs! Involved in a wide range of community and church based
projects including youth work. He played the sax and pretended to play the keyboard, bass guitar and
drums.
Tim was a member of the Herne Hill NTCG, National NTCG Youth Executive member and consultant to many
projects within the New Testament Church of God at the senior level. The legacy he leaves behind is
a rich one, Tim transformed the lives of many people far and wide with the word of God and his
infectious humour that could turn any situation around. Words would fail us immeasurably for
accolades and awards could never truly honour the contribution made by this individual. He gave his
life to God and God used him mightily and we are all the beneficiaries of a life lived 24/7/365 for
God.
On the morning of Tuesday 22nd July 2008, Tim Bryan rose early as he prepared for another day. The
orders he received that day came from on high, Tim was promoted to higher office and the world lost
a great man. His cause of death has not yet been ascertained and we ask respectfully for any
speculation to cease in honour of his wife, family and those that loved him.
Before he died Tim produced a book documenting his love of photography, details will be published
soon and we ask for your support in memoriam.
If you wish to upload a tribute photo of yourself and Tim please contact me through this site.
He made is light shine
In memory of a man who truly lived his live and made his light shine, natonal events will never be the same again, never will we find one who capture a photo from behind a plant like you did(thats my last memory that made me smile on 20/7), youth academy will miss your flare of delievering the Word in a way relevant to the youth. you have made an impact, I SALUTE YOU.
Sis Angela and the family, matthw 5v4, Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.
Tribute to a Brave Soldier
Heartfelt sympathy to the family of Tim especially his wife Angela. Tim was a MIGHTY soldier in the Kingdom. Tim was an inspiration. We are lost for words, but we will continue to look to our Lord and Master who is still in Control.
To the family
'Death is nothing at all
I have only slipped away into the next room
I am I and you are you
Whatever we were to each other
That we are still
Call me by my old familiar name
Speak to me in the easy way you always used
Put no difference into your tone
Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow
Laugh as we always laughed
At the little jokes we always enjoyed together
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me
Let my name be ever the household word that it always was
Let it be spoken without effort
Without the ghost of a shadow in it
Life means all that it ever meant
It is the same as it ever was
There is absolute unbroken continuity
What is death but a negligible accident?
Why should I be out of mind
Because I am out of sight?
I am waiting for you for an interval
Somewhere very near
Just around the corner
All is well.
Nothing is past; nothing is lost
One brief moment and all will be as it was before
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!'
Be strong in The Lord and the power of His might.
Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. (Psalms 116:15)
A Great Runner
Seldom do you find such a young man who makes such an amazing impact on others as Tim has made. We can all be proud of the life Tim lived. He ran well and his dedication inspires us all to continue to press for the mark with new conviction and a passion for Christ and those who need to know Him. In our sadness, let us remember that Tim is now with our Lord and we can be confident that we will meet again. Thank you Tim for your encouragement, jokes, example and words of wisdom, they will never be forgotten.
My condolences go out to Angela and the whole of the Bryan family. May God uphold you in this time of sorrow.
Another Gentleman bound for God\'s Vineyard.
My friend , and partner in ministry has gone to a better place a little ahead of time. Despite making his mark on our great church he only scratched the surface of time and his potential.
Tim I salute you in every way as we worked to revive the men's department over the previous years. As a fellow scholar in our desired field I applaude you, As a friend to the friendless and dispossesed we thank you, as a none compromising exponent of the gospel of Jesus Christ we thank you.
My friend you have fought a clean fight and you have kept the faith.
To the family and my beloved Angela keep the faith be strong we are with you forever.
A General of this time
Speechless…………………Tim was my mentor.
Timothy by name and Timothy by nature. Great energy, passion, dedication and zeal for the things of the Lord. An awesome preacher, teacher and a humble leader destined for great things. His life will truly live on in mine and many other lives he has impacted.
Many prayers and thoughts to Angela, parents, siblings and family
God has picked a very special rose from his garden
My dear beloved Bradda Tim,
You were a man with the ablility to utilise the gifts and talents God gave you for the perfecting of the saints. We trust that the Lord shall raise up another to continue the work which you have left behind in order for the Kingdom of God to increase.
Your legacy remains. You will never be forgotten.
Rest in the arms of our Saviour my brother.
My prayers are with Angela and the rest of your family.

A General has gone on before
Truly a General, you have gone on before. Thank you for the legacy you left us. As a song says: 'There is pain in the offering, but Blessed be Your Name' Father we don't know why, but we know you are FAITHFUL.
I've been trying to take this in since I heard on Monday & out of prayers & thoughts has come the following. Trust this may be a comfort/emcouragement to the Bryan Family & all touched by Tim's passing.
23.7.08 - Thinking of all the Bryan Family. Our hearts go out to you. Words cannot express how we feel, and we cannot begin to imagine how you feel.
I ran with Tim in 2006 and just can't take it in.
Praying for you, crying with you. The Whyne family
23.7.08
Dear Bryan Family,
I was praying for you this morning I could just hear the line of a song: 'He'll given you a song in the midnight'. I couldn't remember the rest, but I'm sure it from a Commissioned song.
I pray that He, our Abba Father, will indeed give you a song.
24.7.08 Hopefully a song that will strengthen: (can't add link, but it is called Yet I Will Praise' by Melissa Boraski)
Tim was a gallant and selfless worker who contributed so much to the church. His tireless ambition was to impact any project with which he was involved, and I noted that no job was too small for him. Angela, such an outflow of love and words are indicative of how many lives Tim impacted. He was truly an Inspiration. Be strengthened by this - you are in our prayers.
