************************
Rev Timothy Anthony Bryan was a great man who embodied zeal and commitment to his calling as a minister in the New Testament Church of God. We grieve for a great husband, best friend and soul mate to his beloved wife of 15 years Angela who never restricted Tim's calling as he dutifully lived his charge as an anointed servant of God using his gifts and abilities to uplift, challenge and inspire us to be the best we could be. We continue to pray for her strength in this difficult time.

Tim worked for Christian Aid as a design and production manager. He previously managed a small design studio responsible for producing a wide range of health promotion materials and campaigns across the boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.

He dabbled in photography as he liked to put it and would spend numerous hours at police stations as an appropriate adult for youth in problems with the law.

Fluent in gadgetry. Didn’t do tea runs! Involved in a wide range of community and church based projects including youth work. He played the sax and pretended to play the keyboard, bass guitar and drums.

Tim was a member of the Herne Hill NTCG, National NTCG Youth Executive member and consultant to many projects within the New Testament Church of God at the senior level. The legacy he leaves behind is a rich one, Tim transformed the lives of many people far and wide with the word of God and his infectious humour that could turn any situation around. Words would fail us immeasurably for accolades and awards could never truly honour the contribution made by this individual. He gave his life to God and God used him mightily and we are all the beneficiaries of a life lived 24/7/365 for God.

On the morning of Tuesday 22nd July 2008, Tim Bryan rose early as he prepared for another day. The orders he received that day came from on high, Tim was promoted to higher office and the world lost a great man. His cause of death has not yet been ascertained and we ask respectfully for any speculation to cease in honour of his wife, family and those that loved him.

Before he died Tim produced a book documenting his love of photography, details will be published soon and we ask for your support in memoriam.

If you wish to upload a tribute photo of yourself and Tim please contact me through this site.

Memores are treasures

Memories are treasures
Time cannot take away,
So may you be surrounded
By happy ones today.

May all the love and tenderness
Of golden years well spent,
Come back today to fill your heart
With beauty and content.

And may you walk down memory lane
And meet the one you love,
For while you cannot see him,
He’ll be watching from above.

So for his sake be happy
And show him that his love,
Has proven strong and big enough,
To reach down from above.

My deepest Condolences to Tim's wife Angela, Pastor and Sister Bryan, Patsy and Patrick and other family members. God is going to take care of you all. In times like these continue to trust God because God knows best.

A Saint and Legend for our time

Words cannot really do it at this moment, but....Tim was and will forever be a Legend. Serving others and living to the very last moment for God. Someone who exhibited a true spirit of excellence in all that he did. He left behind a legacy that pointed to CHRIST. Our prayers are with you Angela the family. x

I never had the honour of meeting him but I've heard so much about this remarkable man. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go to Angela, Tim's Family, the Church and all who loved him. God will grant you all the peace and strength you all need at this time of immense loss.

Even in death, Tim's life continues continues to have an impact - as Proverbs 11:30 tells us what the legacy of life ought to be. God says, 'The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise.' What you should have to show for the one life you've lived is a trail of life - people whose souls you have helped move from sin's death penalty to the eternal life that can only be found at Jesus' cross.

We cannot always understand the why we lose the righteous, but let's thank God for Tim's life and those he's left behind. God will continue to comfort Tim's family and friends.

When I think of Tim, I think of a very cheerful and ecclectic Brother, who could fulfill any task ably and willingly.
He was a guest speaker at some of our District Mens Seminars over the years. He spoke with great clarity and authority.
Audrey & My sympathies goes out to Angela and the extended family.

I have known Tim for many years working with him in National Mens Ministry. I always found him hardworking, proffessional and inspirational as a man, husband and minister.
I am no longer a member of NTCG and now worship elsewhere. However, I am extremely saddened to hear the news and pray for the family and wider circle of close friends.
I look forward to seeing you once again and thakyou for being you! Truly a Man of God

God called yo!

Dear Tim,
God called your name so softly, That only you could hear,
And no one heard the footsteps Of angels drawing near.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you, The day God called you home.
We miss you very much, mere words cannot explain.
My condolence to Angela, Rev & Mrs Pearson Bryan.
Gone but not forgotten!

A tribute \'Ode to Brother Tim\'

Ferventness so still doth lay
On a man so blessed and loved
A servant of God
So wonderfully decorated
With Humility and great Wisdom for in the wonderful arm of Abraham doth he rest
With great smiles on His Breast,

A warrior of God enarmoured in his spirit
And fed and fuelled by His great Love
And like a greatly scented flower
He was planted and nourished by all the godd the Lord had given
Of fragrance sweet and lingering
that touches lives both near and far
And as he grew stretching roots and limbs
He gave to all the gift of life that was given to him
A simple smile, a Godly and a humorous word
So deep, so far reaching, comforting every soul
Encouraging souls to live for that Great King- God
His Father and his Maker
And here he rest with all earthly work completed
To His father he is gone
To reap the reward of Love that so sweetly guided and kept him to his first love
To work the work That has sent him
And to give to to those that are in Despair
The message of Love they all doth need to carry on

An as our brother, sleeps that sweet heavenly rest
That so wonderfully covers him
Knowing that in the twinkling of an eye
He will be with his Love
And the race so sweetly ran is o'er
And victory is his and he now hears the music of the faithful
And sings in the choir and plays in the orchestra of the Joyful
Hallelujah, Hallelujah tell the story of Him who was slain
I have gained the prize of the Highest calling
Being so ever near to my Lord and God
My beginning and my end
My true and only love
That beckons me to come sweetly, home to Him

Dear Sister Angella and family, you are in our prayers and we pray that the Lord will comfort you, and keep you and will sustain you in this time of sorrow and mourning.

Walter (Brother, Sisters of the household of faith)
